How is Shipping Calculated?

Accepted Answer

Shipping cost is calculated based on order weight and volume (how much space the package takes up). We ship using USPS with the rates of:
$4.50 - for orders weighing less than 8oz (0.5 lbs)
$7.50 - for orders weighing between 8oz & 1 pound (0.5 -1 lbs)
$9.50 - for orders weighing over 1 pound (1 lbs)

We also offer free shipping on all orders $100 or more everyday.

I see you are based in Phoenix, AZ, if I am ordering in Arizona, do I need to pay for shipping?

Select Valley Theatres are eligible for Free Delivery when the Theatre Address is used at checkout. This option is only available for employees or guest artists of that Theatre.
For all other Phoenix Valley / AZ delivery inquires, please use our Contact Us page to send us a message.

Do you deliver to all 50 states?

Yes! We use the USPS which delivers to nearly every address in the United States and US territories.

Do you deliver outside of the United States?

At this time, we are only delivering in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States and are interested in ordering, send us a message and let us know you're interested in international shipping.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

As a working theatre professional, schedules can get crazy! We do our best to get orders out within 3 business days, but no one is perfect. We recommend ordering early to ensure a timely arrival. Once shipped, your order should take 5-7 business days to arrive via USPS.

Is there a discount when I order in bulk?

Cards are sold in quantities of 10, 25, and 50 with the price per card cheaper the more you buy. If you are interested in purchases 100 or more cards of the same design, please reach out to us via our contact page to ask about special pricing (a great option for fundraising!)

Why "Post Cards"?

When we set out to create a greeting card for artists, we were shocked to find out even the bulk price of printing folded greeting cards! While we hope to offer a folded card option in the future, for now we have the lovely Post Card.

Do you do Custom Orders?

At this time, we are not able to do custom orders, but we are working towards it! Don't hesitate to message us if your looking for a custom order.

Are there more designs?

Currently, we have 3 card and one sticker design released. New designs are always in the works and we hope to release the next batch soon.
